What is it?

The 4Visions manager software allows you to manage your projects, contacts, planning and billing easily and intuitively from any computer connected to the Internet, bringing together all the areas of your business activity in one place.

Who’s it for?

The software is developed by and for translators, interpreters, proof-readers and linguists in general, and is tailored to our business. We offer plans designed for the self-employed, the self-employed who manage projects in their own language pairs and in other languages, and small businesses. You’ll be sure to find a plan that meets your needs!

Why use it?

4Visions manager exploits all the advantages of cloud computing, so you’ll always have access to all areas of your activity. We know your data and files are important, so we use backup copies, data encryption, data transfer security (SSL) and advanced security measures to avoid any problems. It makes the most of your time.

How 4Visions manager works?

The software has two distinct areas. Firstly, the collaborators area where any translator/ interpreter can create a profile. Using this profile, you’ll receive projects from the companies who use 4Visions manager. You can have both a general profile and a customised profile for each of the companies you work with. You’re free to set different fee rates and even different services for each. This public profile is free.

Secondly, if you want to manage your projects, invoices and contacts, whether you are a freelancer or a small business, you need to sign up for one of three payment plans that we offer.

Which plan is for you?

We’ve come up with three plans tailored to the various business profiles, from freelancers managing their own projects to small language service businesses. You’ll be sure to find a plan that suits you.

  • The Standard Plan is ideal for freelancers who want to manage their daily work inside out.
  • The Advanced Plan is designed for individuals managing projects in various language pairs, enabling them to assign projects to their colleagues.
  • The Premium Plan is aimed at small language service businesses – up to three people can have access to the company’s private site.
